For the record I do not take pictures as soon as I get dressed, I go about my daily routine and then try to snap pictures. Hence my pants being wrinkled.. Shit happens :-)
A Stroll in Manhattan.. Hope you like decided to stick with solid colors.
You know what they say all work and no play makes you a dull girl.. I decided to have a little fun, I’m a little pissed I didn’t get a chance to have a picnic. I dragged theblulotusrises to prospect park and was lucky enough for her to be my photographer for the day. Leave it to me I would have climbed trees however I am wearing boat shoes so I couldn’t do much. Plus who would want to mess up these sperrys? It was awesome working with her and I hope you like!!
“Put yourself in a box”
Labels, categorizing yourself under a title to identify yourself doesn’t work for me.
I was raised to believe each woman each man are to behave a certain way. It’s just the way works to give us a better understanding of what we want to comprehend or be able to say we or how the world works.
But your world works how you deem fit.
What I wear it’s cloth put together by designers to be worn. Designers express themselves thru this and in turn we express who we are by putting these fits together. So why should it be categorized as “menswear”. Why is it that because I chose to dress comfortable the slander follows, or I’m thrown in a box and labeled as an AG or whatever you may have it. I’ve said this before I’m a woman so what if I choose to love a woman, who cares if my hair is short(I’m really just too lazy to do my hair). Fashion has broaden it’s horizon and so has designers. Slowly but surely they are starting to categorize their stuff as “unisex”. We are all one we are all just beings trying to survive.
Don’t throw me in ya box!!

"Where do you shop?"
I totally hate that question. Where I shop and what brand I wear most of the times, doesn’t compliment a look. Yea sure, quality over quantity I totally agree but who said you can’t shop on a sale rack or at a thrift store? Not to mention you gotta dibble and dabble a little, it’s no fun when someone can guess your whole look from a store.
Here are a few tips while shopping :
1. Shop for colors that may compliment you(body size) or your skin tone. A few colors may accentuate your hips etc.
2. I find that a lot of women or whatever you may categorize yourself as, usually wear sizes bigger than what they actually are. You got no nuts issues so grab a size smaller than what your used to and make use of that fitting room. I also recommend slim fit jeans/pants - it’s very rare that a guy has hips so their jeans aren’t designed for hips but “slim fit” usually helps in a more fitted well rounded look.
3. Don’t be afraid to be different, and go for what you love or feel comfortable in!
A few things off the top of my Noggin.. Again feel free to email me if any questions.
